
Small Batch Jam Co. starts with only fresh picked berries that were hand selected and cleaned from either local growers at the farmers markets or from one of many local u-pick berry farms.
Their recipe uses only fresh blackberries, pure cane sugar, a bit of pinot wine, a pinch of thyme, a little citrus pectin for help with gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
